Situated at 38 Seah Street, Tess Bar & Kitchen is a drink-centric but food-centred concept with a focus on a modern interpretation of cocktails and food.
Formerly a conservation shop-house, the open space plan now features a modern industrial chic design ideal for patrons to lounge and mingle in a relaxed atmosphere. With our creative pairing of bar and kitchen offerings, Tess is designed to be a platform for young Asian talents to showcase their crafts.
Our bar is helmed by Mr. Jing-Heng BOO, a DIAGEO World Class award-winning bartender, who provides a combination of modern classics as well as bespoke cocktails for the truly adventurous.
In the kitchen, we have our Head Chef, Mr. Kenneth OH, World Gourmet Summit Singapore Rising Chef of the Year 2017, who provides an eclectic offering of modern European fare made with Asian influences for both intimate gatherings and larger crowds.

The ladies from Miss Singapore International 2014 came over to Tess Bar & Kitchen for an unforgettable cocktail master class. Both finalists and the organizing committee got to try their hand at the bar, experimenting with liquers and mixology techniques.
With the guidance of our team of seasoned veterans and a little bit of practice, the ladies were creating both classic and Tess signature cocktails for our guests. The proceeds from each cocktail went to Singapore Women’s Association charities – which resulted in over $1,000 of funds being raised!
